Jarl Asset Management is driven by its founders and co owners – who together have a total of 60 years of experience in real estate investment and development. Alan Rudikoff has worked with real estate development and financing in the USA and Europe since 1991. Alan has significant experience with large and complex real estate projects with a concentration on financing, analysis/modelling, acquisition and sales. Christer Olofsson has, since 1976, been responsible for construction and real estate activities within leading Swedish companies. During the last six years, Christer has acted in partnership with large international investors. Christer has extensive experience leading and implementing projects as well as to build and drive investment activities. Leif Andersson has worked with real estate investment and development since 1990. At the request of leading Swedish institutions and in partnership with international investors, Leif has mainly been involved with acquisitions, sales, and letting – specializing in the transaction process and contracts.
